The Dunas de São Jacinto Nature Reserve is a Portuguese nature reserve and is located at the end of the peninsula that runs from Ovar to São João.
Dune formations are very sensitive areas due to their sandy constitution. They are of enormous importance as they are the best defense against the intensity of the winds, sands and sea advances. Conserving the geomorphological, floristic and faunal heritage of the dunes is to prevent the advance of the sea and safeguard the lives of populations.
Praia da Torreira is a maritime beach, bathed by the Atlantic Ocean and located in the fishing village of Torreira, municipality of Murtosa, district of Aveiro.
Torreira beach is one of the most beautiful beaches in Portugal. In Portugal no beach has sand as this is very white and fine and is also a very long beach.
In addition to having a beach by the sea, there is also a beach on the estuary. This is what gives beauty to this beautiful land, being sheathed by the river and the sea.
The Ship-Museum Santo André was a Portuguese cod fishing vessel. It is currently anchored at the wharf of Jardim Oudinot, parish and city of Gafanha da Nazaré, municipality of Ílhavo, district of Aveiro, in Portugal.
